Rapper T.I. has been granted permission to travel more extensively outside of Georgia after impressing his probation officer.
The hip-hop star was released from prison last yearafter spending 11 months behind bars for probation violation, stemming from a drug possession arrest, and his travel has been closely confined as he serves out the terms of his supervised release.

T.I. – real name Clifford Harris, Jr. – recently completed a drug and alcohol therapy program and was given a glowing report from his probation officer this month, and on Monday, a judge signed off on a request to increase his travel options.

The rapper can now journey out of his home state for up to 12 days at a time, according to TMZ.com.
