Heavy metal rocker Zakk Wylde has obtained a three-year restraining order against an obsessed fan who has allegedly been harassing the star at his Los Angeles home.
Earlier this month a judge approved a request for a temporary restraining order, ordering 20-year-old John Radich to stay away from the Black Label Society star after the rocker lodged a complaint claiming he was “terrified” of the fan.

In documents, Wylde claimed Radich was “deemed mentally ill” and was diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder following a mental evaluation, and requested the order be made permanent after a series of bizarre encounters with him.

On Friday, Radich was ordered to stay at least 50 yards away from the former Ozzy Osbourne guitarist and his family for the next three years, according to TMZ.com.
