Peter Jackson has no plans to replace Guillermo Del Toro as director of The Hobbit – the moviemaker’s packed schedule would make it “impossible” for him to take charge, according to his manager.

The Hurt Locker Producers Launch File-sharing Lawsuit

The producers behind The Hurt Locker have filed a lawsuit against thousands of film fans who allegedly illegally downloaded the movie from the internet.
Executives at Voltage Pictures, the company which financed Kathryn Bigelow’s war drama, are suing 5,000 BitTorrent file-sharers, accusing them of copyright violation by unlawfully accessing the picture, which was leaked online six months before its U.S. release date in 2009.

Walsh Applies For Restraining Order

Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh has filed for a restraining order against an elderly man who allegedly threatened to kill him.
